First Canadian Place: Management Office, 100 King Street, concourse level, in the hallway
between Harry Rosen and the Gap – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 416-862-8138.
Exchange Tower: Management Office, 130 King Street, Suite 1310 - weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m.
Bay-Adelaide Centre: Management Office, 333 Bay St., weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Brookfield Place: Management Office, 181 Bay Street , Ste 220, weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.
Payments can now be made by cash, debit, VISA and MasterCard at the FCP Management Office.

Usage Terms and Conditions
Visit www.getmybalance.com for an agreement of usage terms and conditions. Please note that a Card Holder Agreement is included with the Gift card at the time of purchase.
Tips Before You Shop
- Check your balance before you shop
- Review the list of participating stores
- Notify the sales person at the counter that you will be using a Brookfield Gift Card before they ring
your purchase.
- Once you've made a purchase, your store receipt will indicate the balance you have left on the
