The FCP Parkette is located on King Street side in between the First Canadian Place building and the Exchange Tower, (close to the UPS store/ vertical restaurant).

Welcome to our fully automated parkade. Parking is available in an underground garage with over 1000 parking stalls. First Canadian Place's parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The entrance to our underground garage is accessible from both Adelaide and York Streets.
Did you know? Complimentary valet parking is available Monday through Friday from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm
Free Parking After 5:00 pm* when you dine at one of our restaurants. *Present your parking stub at any participating restaurants.
Parking Rates
For Monthly Parking
Please be advised that effective January 1, 2010 the rates for monthly parking permit holders including both taxes will be as follows:
Reserved: $601.77 + $48.14 PST + $30.09 GST = $680.00
Unreserved: $385.84 + $30.87 PST + $19.29 GST = $436.00
Overnight Unreserved: $125.67 + $10.05 PST + $6.28 GST = $142.00
Payment for monthly permits can be charged to your American Express, MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards at no additional cost.
Below for your information is the breakdown of daily transient rates including taxes:
Each of 20 minutes of part of $5.00
Maximum daily Monday to Friday ( 5:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) $30.00
Each additional 20 minutes or part of after 6:30 p.m. $2.00
Maximum daily and evening rate (5:00 a.m.- 5:00 a.m.) $38.00
Evening flat rate Monday to Sunday (5:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.) $8.00
Weekends and holidays flat rate (5:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) $10.00
Maximum daily and evening rate (5:00 a.m.- 5:00 a.m.) $14.00
